Crisp outside, chewy in the middle, piped by hand. We bake to order three days a week, so every box leaves the kitchen the morning you collect it.

How ordering works

  1. Write to us

    Send the flavours, quantity and the day you want to collect. Two days' notice is enough for boxes, four for pavlovas.

  2. Get a confirmation

    We reply within a day with the total and a pickup time. Payment is by BLIK or bank transfer.

  3. Collect

    Pick up your order on the agreed morning. Meringue keeps for a week in a dry, airtight tin.
